Order Processing

Each item is crafted and packaged with care!  Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. If your item is made to order, please allow 2-4 weeks.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Once your package leaves our hands, delivery times are dependent on the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we’re not able to replace items sent to an incorrect address.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on unused, unopened items in their original condition. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? No problem – just reach out within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to cancel it before it ships.
